"Great experience up to now"
Up to now, it's been a great experience. They only accept Bitcoin, but they really pay attention to feedback, and I'm hoping they continue to make improvements.

"Disappointed with the app experience"
I’m not too happy with this app. I spent €1100 on bitcoins using my card, but after the purchase, I found out I couldn’t access my funds. When I reached out to them, they informed me that I’d have to wait a whopping 45 days before I could use my money. I chose this platform thinking it would be quick and straightforward. But now, with 45 days of waiting, my balance could change a lot. The worst part is that I bought bitcoin with my card for a purchase, and now I’m stuck waiting.
I wouldn’t suggest using your card here if you need your funds in a hurry.

Getting started with Bitcoin has never been easier than with the Amber App, which is hands down my top pick for a Bitcoin-only exchange. I stumbled upon it while tuning into Evolve NetworkTV and listening to podcasts by Aleks. The process of depositing AUD and purchasing BTC was super straightforward! Since I signed up in September 2021, the customer service has been exceptional! The crew at Amber, especially Nat and Ryan, have always been incredibly supportive and patient with all my inquiries. Big shoutout to Kai for assisting me with my SMSF. I can't recommend Amber App enough!

"Venturing into the crypto world"
Just stepping into the crypto world. After a month of digging around and chatting with folks, I got pointed towards Amber. I’ve been using it and I’m quite impressed. They offer solid, responsive customer support and have been more than willing to help with my newbie queries. Definitely recommend!

"Without a doubt, the top Bitcoin App out there"
No question about it, this is the top Bitcoin App available today. It's a bummer that it's currently limited to Australia. I reckon the rest of the globe should have access to this. The team is fantastic. They're constantly sharing knowledge, creating content, and the support is truly unmatched. I highly suggest giving it a try.
